Request Your Free Quote

Call us on 0800 019 7529 or fill in our online enquiry form. Tell us the rough size of your conservatory and what type it is (don't worry if you're not sure — that's what the survey is for). We'll call you back within 2 hours during business hours.

  • No sales rep will visit to pressure you — we give honest advice by phone first
  • A quick photo sent by email or WhatsApp helps us give you a ballpark price immediately
  • We can usually give an indicative price range before the survey

Free Survey Visit

One of our team visits your home at a time convenient for you. We measure the roof accurately, check the condition of the existing structure, confirm which ceiling finish and tile colour you'd like, and answer any questions. There is no obligation and no pressure. We leave, prepare the quote, and send it to you in writing — usually the same day.

  • We check the conservatory frame is structurally sound — this is important for a long-lasting result
  • You'll see physical tile colour samples at this stage
  • No deposit is taken at this point

Accept Your Quote & Choose a Date

Review your written quote at your own pace. If you're happy to proceed, contact us to confirm and pay the deposit. We'll agree an installation date that suits you — most customers are booked within 1–3 weeks of confirming. We'll confirm the appointment in writing with a reminder the day before.

  • Deposits are protected by our CPA and IWA memberships
  • We're flexible on dates — including some Saturdays

Step 4 · 1–2 hours the day before

Prepare Your Conservatory

The evening before installation, clear the conservatory as much as possible — furniture, plants, ornaments, blinds. The more empty the room, the quicker and easier the installation. If you can't move something heavy, let us know and we'll work around it or help on the day.

  • Remove blinds and any hanging items from ceiling bars
  • Plants that are large or heavy can stay if they can be moved to one side
  • Disconnect any electrical items near the roof

Step 5 · One day (most roofs)

Installation Day

Our team arrives in the morning, typically between 8–9am. We remove the old polycarbonate or glass panels and bars, install the new structural insulation and tile system, fit the internal ceiling boards, and complete all weatherproofing and finishing. Before we leave, we clean up thoroughly and invite you to inspect the finished result.

  • You don't need to be present throughout — many customers go to work
  • We protect flooring and any furniture that remains
  • We take all waste materials away with us

Step 6 · 15–30 minutes

Final Inspection & Handover

Before we leave, we walk you through the finished installation and invite you to inspect every aspect. Any minor snagging is addressed on the spot. We provide you with your 10-year workmanship guarantee in writing and your Building Regulations compliance documentation (where applicable). The room is yours to enjoy immediately.

  • Tell us if anything doesn't look right — we'd rather fix it before we leave
  • Keep your guarantee documentation safe for future property sales
  • Building Regulations certificate is important — keep this with your deeds

Common Questions About Installation

Do I need to be home during the installation?

You don't need to be present throughout, but we do ask that you or a responsible adult is available at the start and end of the day to let the team in and do the final walkthrough. Many customers go to work while we fit the roof.

What if it rains on installation day?

Our team works in most weather conditions. We use temporary weatherproofing during the installation to protect the room. We will contact you if weather conditions are severe enough to require rescheduling.

Will there be much mess?

We take all waste materials away with us and sweep and clean the area before leaving. Most customers say the room is left cleaner than before we arrived.

What about the electrics — lights, fans?

If you have existing lighting in the conservatory ceiling, we work around it safely. We recommend disconnecting any electrical items before the day. If you'd like new lights fitted to the ceiling board, let us know at survey stage and we can quote for this.

How long will my conservatory be exposed during installation?

The old roof is removed and replaced in a coordinated sequence — the conservatory is never fully open to the elements. The internal ceiling is the last element installed, so the structural weatherproofing is in place first.
