Our Story
Conservatory Roof Services was founded with a simple belief: that homeowners deserve an honest, straightforward service when spending money on their homes. We'd seen too many companies use high-pressure sales tactics, inflated quotes, and subcontractors who didn't know the product — and we set out to do things differently.
We're based in Manchester and cover the length of Northern England and North Wales — from Cumbria in the north to Cheshire in the south, and from the North Wales coast to major towns and cities across the region. In every location, the same family-run ethos applies: honest pricing, no hard sell, and quality workmanship installed by our own in-house team.
We have now completed 100s of conservatory roof replacements and insulation projects, and the vast majority of our new customers come from recommendations by previous customers. That says more about our work than any marketing claim could.

How We Work
No sales reps. When you call or enquire, you deal directly with our team — not an outsourced sales agent on commission. We'll ask about your conservatory, give you honest advice, and arrange a free survey at a time convenient for you. There's no obligation, no pressure, and no inflated starting quote followed by a "discount".
Our own installers. Every installation is carried out by our own trained team — not subcontracted. This means consistent quality, accountability, and the same level of care on every job. When Lee and Lloyd arrive on installation day, they've done this hundreds of times.
Same-day installation. Most of our roof replacements are completed in a single day. We arrive in the morning, remove the old roof, install the new tiled system, and leave your conservatory transformed and clean before we go. We don't leave jobs half-finished.
10-year guarantee as standard. Every installation comes with a full 10-year workmanship guarantee. We're not going anywhere — we're a local business and we stand behind our work.
