A convincing concept is a starting point, not the end of the conversation. We ask for your conservatory's postcode so we can check coverage and identify location-specific questions before possible work is discussed.
An exposed site, a higher-altitude location or local wind and snow conditions may affect the assessment and specification. Your photographs and postcode help us ask better questions; they do not replace a property survey or the appropriate structural checks.

Can you redesign my conservatory from a photo?
Yes. Send clear photographs of your conservatory and a brief describing the changes you want to explore. Our team can prepare a personalised visual concept of the exterior roof, the interior ceiling, or both, and contact you by email. It is a way to picture possibilities, not a substitute for surveying the property.
Is the interactive conservatory design tool available?
Not yet. The self-service photo editor is in development. The service available now is a team-prepared design request: you send photographs and preferences, and Conservatory Roof Services prepares the concept. Creating a design account does not unlock the unfinished editor.
Can I request the interior and exterior together?
Yes. Select Both in your brief and include photographs of the outside roof and the internal ceiling. You can describe a complete direction, including tiles, colours, ceiling finish and lighting preferences.
Which tile styles and colours can I compare?
You can request the Envirotile range and select the colours and finish preferences you would like to see. Screen swatches are indicative; exact shades, suitable products and availability must be confirmed before work is agreed.
Why do you need my postcode?
Your postcode helps the team check service coverage and understand where the conservatory is located. It does not confirm structural suitability or approve a roof specification from a photograph alone.
Are the design images construction plans?
No. They are visual concepts to help you explore the appearance of a possible redesign. They are not measured plans, structural drawings, a quotation or confirmation that a particular change is feasible. Any work needs a suitable assessment and an agreed specification.
How will I receive my conservatory design?
The team will contact you using the email address in your request. They review your photographs and preferences, ask for clarification if needed, and send the design concept by email.
Why do I need a design account?
A verified design account securely links your email address to the brief and photographs you submit. It supports your design request only and does not provide access to the unfinished self-service editor.
